Policies

Payment is due upon ordering. For any orders that need to be cancelled or rescheduled, please contact us. Refunds of 100% will be issued on pickup or delivery only orders cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. For orders cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued. 

For pickup orders, please arrive within 15 minutes of your pickup time. Delays in pickup cause a disruption in the schedule for the day and will result in your pickup time being rescheduled. No refunds will be issued for orders not picked up.

For Saturday/Sunday pickup and delivery, order deadline is the Wednesday of that week at 5:00 pm. 

Shipping: orders ship out on Mondays. Please order by Wednesday of the previous week for Monday shipping.

All orders made after 5:00 pm central time will be contacted and processed the next business day for the following week.
